GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

You can pay for your stay upon arrival. We do not work with down payments, we trust our guests.

You can pay with us in cash, with debet card (pin) or with credit card.

Some rooms are available for guests with a dog. It is necessary to mention this at the time of the reservation. The costs are € 5 per dog per day.

You can check in from 3 pm. It is often possible to get your room earlier, but we can not guarantee this. If you intend to arrive with us earlier, please let us know when making the reservation. We will do our utmost to have your room available upon arrival.

On the day of departure you have to leave your room at 10.00. We need some time to clean your room and get it available again for the next guest.

Immediately after making an online reservation you will receive an automated confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received it, please contact us. Look before you do this also in the spam / junk mail. Perhaps the confirmation email has ended up there.

Low season from June 1, 2018 until June 24, 2018. High season from June 25, 2018 to August 26, 2018. Low season from August 27, 2018 until October 31, 2018. We are closed from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018. High season from December 1, 2018 until April 22, 2019

The doors of our gasthof are open from 9 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
