Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse opens!

From Wednesday 27 April 2022 the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße with the Stichstraße to the Edelweiß-Spitze (2.571m) and the Gletscherstraße till Gasthaus Schöneck is now available for all traffic.
From saturday 30 April also the complete Gletscherstraße till Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe is available.

All exibitions and shops along the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße are open. High snowwalls along the Großglocknerstraße especially on the 8 km long Scheitelstrecke at more than 2.400 m above seelevel between the Fuscher Törl and the Hochtor.
